Luo Li Shi
Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for possession of a controlled substance for purpose of trafficking, production of a controlled substance.
On July 15 2010, while executing a search warrant at a residence in New Brunswick, police discovered a large scale marihuana grow operation where over 1,600 marihuana plants were seized. Luo Li Shi was the only occupant of the residence. He was held in custody but released on bail on July 22 2010 and is currently wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant. Shi is a Chinese citizen and Canada Border Services Agency has also issued a Canada-Wide Warrant for his arrest. Shi's last know address was in Scarborough Ontario.
