Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for forcible confinement (sexual offences), sexual assault.
On October 14 2008, Ma sexually assaulted a woman at his residence. When she attempted to escape he choked her until she lost consciousness. It is believed that Ma may have fled to Eastern Canada.
Working in conjunction with Vancouver Police Department.
