Second suspect arrested in fatal 2014 Richmond Hill shooting

Kevin Khang Pham, 22, was arrested in Vancouver and is facing charges in relation to a 2014 shooting that killed two teens.

Brenda Pathammavong was shot to death on Jan. 8, 2014 in a Lexus parked at a housing co-op in Richmond Hill. Her boyfriend was also killed and her brother injured. She was 16.

York police have arrested a second suspect from Vancouver in a 2014 drug-related shooting in Richmond Hill that left two teens dead.
Police were called to 172 Centre St. E. just after midnight on Jan. 8, 2014, and found a car in the parking lot with three victims inside. Brenda Pathammavong, 16, was pronounced dead on scene. Her boyfriend, 18-year-old Premier Hoang, and her 20-year-old brother were rushed to hospital in life-threatening condition. Hoang later died from his injuries.
Kevin Khang Pham, 22, was arrested in Vancouver on a Canada-wide warrant on Nov. 18 and will be returning to Ontario to face charges.
Police arrested the first suspect, Timothy Doug-Hyun Lee, 24, of Mississauga, in May.
Both men are facing charges of first-degree murder and attempted murder.
