A few female entrepreneurs in China?

A few female entrepreneurs in China?

Chara Chan
Dong Mingzhu, the CEO of Gree.
Execrated by her employees for her complacency and iron hand, Dong only retained a modicum of feminine side in her choice of the attire, who is now considered the exemplary female entrepreneur in our nation.
Her behavioral pattern is scrutable to me, after I read her stories online. Some of them might be apocryphal, but reading her unwonted thoughts inspires me.
She wouldn’t have left her indigent family for her career in Zhuhai city, if her husband hadn’t perished in the late 80s. Fumbling in the company as a neophyte, she set the record for constantly “harassing” a debtor for a 40 days on end. In just 3 years, the profits made by her alone accounted for 1/8 of the total, and this achievement rendered her the head of the company, when some employees tenered their resignation that year.
She is known for indoctrinating the employees with her ideologies constantly, but when she failed to reciprocate them with the pay raise for more than 5 years, they became discombobulated and even reserve venom for the stringent regulations she imposed. The subsequent commotion and furor among the employees didn’t discompose Dong and discomfit her plan at all, but she shed tears in the interview when she was forced to resign office last year. The conflicts between the shareholders and her is unavoidable, for she discommodes the conservative shareholders by attempting to annex the new energy company, which will have pernicious effects on the profits and increase the risk for the company in their opinion.
Gree will pay a heavy price if the transition is not made, when its major rival Midea merged the German company Kuka AG in 2006.
P.S. : All the 4 air-conditioners in my mom’s apartment are made by Gree. She won’t buy other brands.

1.3 million bottles of the sauce are produced daily.
The product is sold in China and in over 30 countries.
Tao Huabi is the owner of the company, and her son Li Guishan became the first president of the company.
