France is already patrolling the South China Sea in cooperation with Thailand

French frigate Prairal with Thaï frigate Khirirat

French assault ship and helicopter carrier Tonnerre and French frigate Surcouf are also there.

So are the nuclear attack submarine (NAS) Emeraude and the support vessel Seine

No Australian subs were seen in the area…
