This image of "giggling" officials from government of Ningguo, seen giggling,has gone viral

This image is making the rounds on Chinese social networking sites including Weibo, showing blatant photoshopping error by the Chinese propaganda machinery. The giant officials from government of Ningguo, Anhui province of China (one of whom has no legs and appears to be dissolving), towering over a blurred and miniature woman.  [Wednesday, October 30, 2013, Phayul]
