Up first, the unfortunate news.
CBC TV's espionage drama The Romeo Section has been cancelled after only two seasons.

The series was created by Chris Haddock, who previously launched Vancouver-based TV series Da Vinci's Inquest and Intelligence.

Although it's no longer airing on TV, episodes can still be viewed online at the CBC website.

Song plays detective Jo Bradley, the lead on OMNI TV's multilingual police procedural Blood and Water.
Geared towards Vancouver's Chinese Canadian community, the series began with Detective Bradley on her first investigation: a case involving the murder of the son of a Chinese billionaire developer, Li-Rong "Ron" Xie (Oscar Hsu).
Season 2 saw Bradley butt heads with her new detective partner Evan Ong (Byron Mann) as they investigated another high-profile murder that took them back into the realm of the powerful Xie family.
