Clinton's Memoires - Not!

Bubba's Life: Huang and Riady Left Out of Latest Book

Bill Clinton's latest fantasy is that he has written a book of historical significance. While the ex-president may have written a book titled "My Life," he certainly managed to leave much of his real life out of print.

Life according to Bubba the boy president does not include a single mention of Mochtar or James Riady, or John Huang. Yet, life as documented by the checks cashed by Clinton included the Riadys, John Huang and a few million dollars from the Chinese Army.

John Huang was born in China, raised in Taiwan and became a U.S. citizen. Huang is a former executive of the Lippo Group in Indonesia, owned and operated by the Riady family. He started out with the Worthen Bank in the United States, in Little Rock, Arkansas, and became a friend of the President of the United States.
Huang met with the President and others at the White House ten times between June 21 and June 27, 1994, and, right after that, Web Hubbell, who was about to be indicted by a Federal grand jury, received $100,000 from the Lippo Group. Two weeks after this money was given to Hubbell, Huang got a job at the Commerce Department as Assistant Secretary of the Commerce Department, which was a very influential department, because they had a hand in determining technology transfers and other transfers that went to places like Communist China. Bill Clinton's personal choice for the Commerce Department was former Lippo banker John Huang. Indonesian billionaire Mochtar Riady paid Huang very well at Lippo Bank, much more than any income he could legally earn at the Commerce Department. When Huang left Lippo for the Clinton administration, he bravely took a major cut in pay and a secret clearance. Huang and Patriot Missiles Just what did ex-banker turned-patriot Huang do at the Commerce Department? Huang was no ordinary former-banker. The documents found in Huang's Commerce Department office show that the Clinton appointee met with American defense contractor Raytheon in an effort to sell the Patriot anti-missile system to South Korea. The documents were obtained from the Clinton Commerce Department using the Freedom of Information Act. Raytheon gave Huang, the ex-Lippo banker, detailed information on the Patriot missile and South Korean missile defenses. Huang obtained both "Coalition" military tactical information on North Korean offensive missiles" and a "U.S. Army analysis" of South Korean defenses. According to a Raytheon attachment sent to Huang, titled "Modernization of South Korean Air Defense", South Korea has no defense against a North Korean missile attack. One time event? According to more documents discovered at the U.S. Commerce Department, convicted John Huang also obtained detailed information about Chinese and American artillery sales to the Middle East. In 1995, Kuwait allocated $1.3 billion to upgrade its field artillery. Included in this new program was an intense competition between U.S. based United Defense and China North Industries, or "Norinco" to win the contract. The documents in Huang's files note that there was "heavy pressure from the Chinese Government" on Kuwait "to select Norinco." "China also remains the only member of the UN Security Council that has not been awarded a large military contract from Kuwait. It is understood that the Chinese are pressing this issue with the Kuwait Government," notes the Commerce document from Huang's files. Huang's file on the Kuwaiti howitzer purchase also contains detailed weapon information of great value to the Chinese military. "The Chinese offer is of particular concern in that its howitzer has been recently modernized and configured to NATO standards for ammunition interoperability," states the Commerce Department document. Huang's assignment to weapon systems is more than just a curious series of events. The U.S. Commerce Department is not authorized to conduct the business of warfare. Things that kill like bombs, bullets, missiles and cannons are by law under the Defense Department and the State Department. Huang and Kick-backs for Suharto Still, the ex-banker did manage to put in some time covering the secret financial art-works of the Clinton administration. According to an August 1994 "TPCC" or "Trade Policy Coordinating Committee" document, John Huang and the CIA discussed pay-offs to Indonesian dictator Suharto. John Huang met 37 times with the CIA for secret briefings. Documents from the U.S. Commerce Department show that in 1994 agents from the Central Intelligence Agency met with John Huang and representatives from the U.S. Export-Import Bank and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. The subject of the meeting was U.S. government financed trade deals that contained "first family involvement" or illegal payments to relatives of then Indonesian dictator Suharto. In 1999, John Huang pled guilty to Federal charges of making illegal political contributions to the Clinton/Gore campaign. John Huang took the Fifth Amendment more than two thousand times when asked by Larry Klayman of Judicial Watch if he had ties to Chinese intelligence. Bill Clinton's close friendship with the Riady family is also well documented inside criminal records. The Senate report on campaign finances accused the Riady family of having a long-term relationship with the Communist Chinese intelligence agency. The son of Lippo founder Mochtar Riady, James Riady also pled guilty for passing illegal donations to the Clinton/Gore political campaigns. James Riady is an Indonesian who once lived legally in the United States, is the deputy chairman of the family's main business, the Lippo Group in Indonesia. The Riady family, including its businesses and partners, donated more than $700,000 to the Democrats between 1991 and 1996. "Riady Sent Me" James Riady was one of those that met at the White House, along with John Huang, to talk about the problems of Webb Hubbell 10 times between June 21 and June 27, 1994. Shortly thereafter, $100,000 came from his company to Webb Hubbell who was about to be indicted. There is no question the Riady sponsored corruption inside the Clinton administration reached directly to the Oval office. The single most telling piece of data is the video evidence of the Riady gardener trying to hand Bill Clinton a check while uttering the words "James Riady sent me." Arief and Soraya Wiriadinata fled the country after passing the illegal money to Bill Clinton. Arief was a gardener in Virginia working for the Riady family, yet he managed to scrape up $450,000 to donate to the DNC. Soraya's father, Hashim Ning, was a business partner of Mochtar Riady and the Lippo Group in Indonesia, and he wired $500,000, which the couple used to make these $450,000 in contributions. Evidently the Wiriadinatas kept $50,000 before heading over the border. Chinese Army Money Senate testimony revealed the Lippo Group is in fact a joint venture of China Resources, a trading and holding company "wholly owned" by the Chinese communist government and used as a front for Chinese espionage operations. In the 1990s, agents working for the communist Chinese MID or Military Intelligence Department penetrated the Clinton White House at the highest level. China Resources investments in Lippo grew during the course of the Clinton administration, coinciding directly with the illegal six-figure Lippo contributions to Clinton's cash machine. Many of those illegal donations originated with former Lippo employee John Huang. Huang also had direct access to President Clinton and a secret clearance. Huang was briefed 37 times by the CIA on satellite encryption technology. Huang has refused to testify, citing his Fifth Amendment rights. While many of the media pundits continue to gush over Bubba's sordid and dirty little sexual affair inside the Oval office, the real scandal that remained hidden behind the stained blue dress was that Clinton accepted money from the PLA. The conduits for this Chinese Army cash included the Riady family, and its paid employee John Huang. Is it any wonder that the latest piece of fiction to spew from the Clinton family - "Bubba's Life" - does not include old friends like John Huang or the Riady family?
